Each session has one topic: growth under pressure.
People bring a decision they are working through. It might be what to stop doing, where the next budget should go, or who should own the growth number.
The group talks it through from their own experience, with real numbers and real problems. We moderate and keep the discussion practical, so everyone leaves with something they can use the following week.

They run companies past the early stage, where the next decisions about growth carry real weight.
