What you give us

Your email address, if you enter one, and your answers to the self-diagnostic, if you take it. The answers produce your reading, and both are kept with your email so that a conversation can start from something real rather than from nothing. If you write us a sentence on the last screen, we keep that too, in your words.

The address you enter for the Trust in Tech report is used to send you that report and its future editions. Every send includes a way to unsubscribe.

We do not sell this data, and we do not share it with anyone outside the services named below.

Where it is kept

Close (our client record system) and Netlify (which hosts this site and receives form submissions). Both process the data on our instructions. We keep it for as long as a conversation with you is plausible, and delete it on request.

Cookies and tracking

With your agreement, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is found and used, and advertising tools from Meta, Google and LinkedIn to measure whether our advertising reaches the right people. These set cookies and identifiers that can recognise a browser across sites.

None of them run until you accept them. If you decline, none are set, and the site works exactly the same. You can change your answer at any time through "Cookie choices" at the bottom of any page.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask for a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. One email to demetris@hivebreed.com is enough. If you believe we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date below changes with it.
