THE CHALLENGE.
To re-introduce the brand to the industry with an uplifted look and establish Delicacy Foods as an industry leader during the pandemic outbreak, by supporting clients, both old and new with superior solutions and customer service.
THE SOLUTION.
We were able to elevate the visual identity of Delicacy Foods to reintroduce the brand with a bold, fresh and friendly design using elements that act as a promise from the brand to its clients. This was then applied to all visual communications on social media, newsletters and the website. In an attempt to reach out to all chefs, food & beverage managers and industry decision makers, we also built the Chef Ambassadors Program, whose purpose was to educate on insightful industry trends, showcase the Delicacy Foods range of products, send out monthly updates and create touch points with all relevant parties. Having built a foundation, we are now ready to take the brand and its activities to the next level through strategic activities allowing us to add value to a very niche audience.
